Corruption is ubiquitously spread in country: Sibal

Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal on Wednesday said that corruption is ubiquitously spread in country and is deep rooted in the society. While inaugurating a three-day Parliament of Indian Student Council Leaders to sensitise the youth towards democracy and the political scenario, in Pune, Sibal further said that corruption is not related to any political party and it is widespread in the roots of the country.
