Dhumal slams UPA over Rohtang tunnel project

Hailed as a landmark of sorts, the ambitious Rohtang Pass tunnel project in Himachal Pradesh is generating heat in the political circles as factions fight to claim credit for its construction. Slamming, the United Progressive Alliance at a press conference in Kullu on Sunday, Prem Kumar Dhumal, the chief of Himachal Pradesh said the work that the UPA was claiming to be its own had originally been initiated and conceptualised by the then BJP led government at the center.
