Fans throng to get a glimpse of world cup trophy in Kochi

The cricket world cup fervour is evident at every nook and corner of the country.At one such event, hundreds of cricket freaks gathered at the Jawaharlal Nehru international stadium to get a glimpse of the World Cup 2011 trophy in Kochi. The trophy, which is on a one-day tour to the city, was handed over to former Indian cricketer Roger Binny. While interacting with the media, Binny said that it was a great feeling to be associated with it. He further added that Indian team has good chances of winning the tournament this year.
