After a chamber-hearing for more than an hour, Delhi High Court on Monday said former defence minister George Fernandes will stay with his wife Leila while allowing his two brothers — Michael and Richard Fernandes — to visit him. Justice V K Shali, who held one-on-one discussion with Fernandes who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease, refused to interfere with the present arrangement in which he is under the care of his wife at her residence. The judge, after consulting Leila Kabir and his three brothers for an hour, said that the case would now be taken up for further hearing on July 19.
