Fire at power station in UP,property worth millions gutted

A major fire broke out at a power station in Auraiya district in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday. Fire engines were rushed to the spot as soon as the blaze was reported. However, they could do little to douse the fire and property worth 1.5 million rupees was gutted. R B Singh, an official of the csaid that they would take some days to replace the power transformer if it is found damaged.
