Gadkari slaps defamation case against Digvijaya

The war of words between Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday took a legal course, with BJP President Nitin Gadkari filing a defamation suit against Congress leader Digvijaya Singh at Patiala court in New Delhi. Gadkari had earlier soght an apology from Singh over some of his comments targeted at the BJP, and the party President in person over the coalgate.
