The West Bengal government, the Centre and the Gorkha Jan Mukti Morcha (GJM) are all set to sign an agreement today to create the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration - an autonomous body that will have greater administrative powers than the existing Darjeeling Gorkha Hill Council. Meanwhile, Politburo member and senior leader of Communist Party of India-Marxist, Prakash Karat on Sunday asserted that his party is not in favour of the agreement vis-à-vis the Darjeeling tripartite accord in West Bengal.
