Govt forced to tear bill copy in Parliament: Mulayam

Mulayam Singh Yadav, leader of Samajwadi Party, opposing the Women's Reservation Bill said that the government forced the party to behave badly in the Parliament by tearing the bill copy. Lawmakers of Samajwadi Party and the Rashtriya Janata Dal had stormed the well of the house on Monday and tore the copy of the bill as soon as the house was back to business for the fourth time in the day.
