Govt is on alert as the graph of militancy has risen: Omar

On the sidelines of a function of former defence personnel at Nagrota on Tuesday, Omar Abdullah, chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir admitted that the graph of militancy has risen in the region vis-à-vis last year. He attributed several reasons for this rise in the militancy and said the security personnel are alert to counter the threats posed by the militants.
