Guj Assembly Polls: BJP releases manifesto, Cong enlists Modi’s failures

Even as the BJP unveiled it's much anticipated manifesto ahead of the upcoming assembly polls in Gujarat, with Chief Minister Narendra Modi aiming for a third consecutive term in the state, Congress has slammed Modi over ill governance, saying that the state's growth had declined under his rule. Modhwadia added that the state's GDP had declined from 16 percent to 9.5 percent.
