Heritage to lure tourists

Although numerous star-rated hotels and low budget lodgings exist in the ever-popular tourist destination Goa, over the past one-decade many foreign tourists have preferred their sojourn in vintage bungalows that retain the Portuguese heritage. A couple of innovative entrepreneurs in the hospitality sector are trying to cash in on the trend and have already renovated classic villas and bungalows that still radiate the Portuguese influence.
