Hoisting national flag in Kashmir is 'for national unity': BJP

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) slammed the apprehension of Jammu and Kashmir's chief Omar Abdullah of tension being created in the valley region of the state by hoisting the Indian national flag on January 26 that is the Republic Day of India. While addressing the media persons in New Delhi on Thursday Anurag Thakur, a top functionary of Bharatiya Jan Yuva Morcha (BJYM), the youth wing of BJP said that the party is taking this step of hoisting the tricolour to usher unity and peace in country.
