Hooda sworn in as Haryana CM second time

Bhupinder Singh Hooda was sworn in as the chief minister of Haryana state for the second consecutive time on Sunday after his central and state Congress party bagged highest number of seats in the elections for a new assembly. The ceremony, conducted by governor Jagannath Pahadia at the Haryana Raj Bhawan in Chandigarh. After taking oath, Hooda told reporters that Governor has given him a week's time to prove majority.
