India pushing for Anderson's extradition: Pranab

Even as outrage poured on the streets across India against the Bhopal gas tragedy verdict, Pranab Mukherjee, India's finance minister, on Saturday said the government is trying to extradite the prime accused, Warren Anderson. Condemning the alleged role of the Congress party in 'shielding' Anderson, a massive protest was organized by activists and academics in the New Delhi on Saturday.
