Devi Prasad Maharaj, a resident of Bhubaneshwar, has a passion for collecting coins and today he is a proud owner of about 40,000 coins, many of them rare and antique. The rustic old-world charm of these coins is what drew the 15-year-old numismatist towards them. Prasad initiated collecting coins into a hobby, which has now become a passion for him. Over the time, he has gathered coins and even some currency notes from different sources across India.
