Law and order is state affairs: Mukul Roy over Pritam’s murder

Reacting over the brutal murder of 25-year-old Assam student Pritam Bhattacharjee, at a railway station in Bihar's Bhagalpur district, Railway Minister Mukul Roy said that the Bihar government is responsible for the law and order in the state. He said that he has written letters to MHA and all the state home ministers to take adequate precautions for the railways safety and security. He also said that Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar is the right person to answer questions related to the murder of Pritam.
