Modi writes to CMs against anti-communal bill

After BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Saturday wrote letters to all CMs urging them to oppose the Centre's proposed communal violence bill, BJP spokesperson Siddharth Nath Singh said that these are subject to state list and centre is just encroaching upon the state subjects. He said that these comes keeping in view the upcoming 2014 general elections and for just vote bank.
