No cell phones for kids in Karnataka

After aerated drinks, the Karnataka government has also banned the use of mobile phones in schools and colleges. In an unprecedented move, the Karnataka government has decided to restrict children less than 16 years of age from using cell phones, claiming the gadgets could be a health risk. The ban would be applicable to government, private and aided educational institutions.
