Not ruling out alliance with YSR Congress: Vayalar Ravi

Not completely ruling out a possible alliance with Jaganmohan Reddy, overseas affairs minister Vayalar Ravi said that the option would be discussed with Andhra leaders and the decision would be best left to circumstances that arise after Assembly elections due in 2014. At the same time the leader said that the issue of Telanagana on which a decision is due on 28th January was not taken up at the Chintan Shivir.
