On their first stop on a three-day India visit, US President Barack Obama, and his wife Michelle, visited the 26/11 memorial at the Taj Hotel in Mumbai and paid homage to those killed in the deadly attacks. He also signed in the visitor's book. President Obama was taken around the Taj by Ratan Tata, the Chairman of Tata Sons which owns the Taj chain of hotels. While addressing the gathering, he said that the Hotel, which was the focus of the bloody 26/11carnage, is the symbol of Indian strength and capacity to overcome any crisis.
