Observations in cash for vote scam is not final verdict: Congress

Congress spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi on Friday said that key observations in the proceedings of the cash-for-vote scam should not be treated as the final verdict and the court should be allowed to deal with the case in a smooth manner.
