Oldest steam engine in a bad shape

A steam locomotive beauty of 1873 is lying idle in Saraya sugar mill in Gorakhpur. Although Indian railway tried to take it over, the sugar mill stonewalled its attempts. Named 'Ashoka' the steam engine is claimed to be oldest railway engine in the world by the people in sugar mill. An important feature about this engine is that it still possesses its original parts and, if repaired, can run on the tracks once again.
