Padmavati Express catches fire in AP

Passengers of the Padmavati Express had a narrow escape as two coaches of the train caught fire in Prakasham district of Andhra Pradesh during the early morning hours of Wednesday. The train was heading towards popular pilgrim town Tirupati. According to reports, the stationmaster noticed smoke in one of the coaches which spread to another compartment and then he alerted the driver. The coaches were immediately detached.
