The Delhi high court has on Friday served notice to the government and the Delhi Police, seeking to quash cases against eight persons, who are alleged to be involved in the mysterious death of constable Subhash Tomar during anti-rape protests at India Gate. The defence lawyer claimed that CCTV footage of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation showed that two of suspects were at metro stations at the time of the incident.
