Radia shuts communication consultancy biz

Nira Radia, the controversial corporate lobbyist and owner of PR firm Vaishnavi Group, which has mandates from Tata group and Mukesh Ambani-led RIL, has announced her exit from the communication consultancy business. She cited “personal priorities” of family and health behind the decision. Radia had been in the news related to the 2G-scandal in the recent past. She was embroiled in a controversy after some tapes were leaked in which she was found lobbying for 2G scam accused and former telecom Minister A Raja.
