The tragic event of a Rajasthan farmer's death by hanging from a tree at AAP's anti-land bill rally unfolded amidst dramatic scenes and allegations from political circles. The dhoti and turban-clad man, identified as Gajendra Singh, was unconscious and barely breathing while being rushed to the hospital by AAP workers on Wednesday. Doctors at Delhi's Ram Manohar Lohia hospital declared him dead on arrival around 2pm. The sensational suicide put the Delhi government on the mat, with several political leaders criticising the AAP for not acting quickly enough to stop the death.
