In the coming days north Indians will be witnessing severe cold weather conditions, especially when the sun sets down. In New Delhi the night temperature on Wednesday on January 2nd dipped down, to around one degree Celsius. Meanwhile, the situation in India's eastern Bihar is equally bad. Many people there have died because of severe cold. In the state capital Patna the homeless are the worst affected.
