Minister of Telecommunications and Human Resource Development Kapil Sibal on Monday questioned whether the social activist Anna Hazare and his fellow panellists from the civil society are serious in reviewing and drafting of the Lokpal Bill. While addressing the mediapersons in New Delhi, Sibal said the Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee received a letter from Anna's close aide Shanti Bhushan on Monday in which he raised a number of issues, which are not in tune with the agenda set before the Lokpal Bill panel.
