Sikhism, a religion that symbolizes integration and prosperity

Founded over 500-year-ago by Sri Guru Nanak Dev, Sikhism is India's fourth-largest religion. Today there are over 19 million Sikhs - about 2 percent of India's population, living across the country. A majority of them hold important positions in politics, services sector and business and have made a significant contribution to the country.
