Tarun Gogoi visits blast site in Guwahati

Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi visited the blast site at Paltan Bazar area in Guwahati where one CRPF personnel was killed and said that his government is dealing with the matter very seriously. The state chief further said that some people have been arrested in this regard but no name of any outfit has come forth regarding the matter. A high intensity blast claimed at least one life and injured several others in Guwahati soon after the dusk on September 08th. Reportedly, the blast took place in a crowded market area outside the railway station near the Assam State Transport Corporation ticket counter.
