Tata Motors, India's top vehicle maker, to launch the Nano, the world's cheapest car on Monday in Mumbai. This move could dramatically change the auto market in the world's second most populous nation. The Nano, also touted as the people's car, debuted in January 2008 and was expected to be on sale late last year, but its arrival was delayed over the land dispute where a purpose-built facility was to be located.
