Thailand PM Abhisit Vejjajiva arrives in India to strengthen ties

Thailand Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva was ceremonially welcomed at Rashtrapati Bhawan or the Presidential Palace in New Delhi on Tuesday. Vejjajiva is on a day-long visit to India to boost bilateral ties. This is Vejjajiva's maiden visit to the country. Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh received Vejjajiva at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The two ministers are expected to discuss a wide range of issues, the prime focus being trade and security ties.
