Tharoor urges Indians in Oz to be cautious against attacks

India's junior Foreign Minister Shashi Tharoor on Thursday said that New Delhi has issued a note of caution to its students studying in Australia following a series of attacks. In the latest attack, an accounting graduate, Nitin Garg, 21, originally from Punjab was stabbed to death on January 2 night, while on his way to a job, at a fast food outlet in Melbourne.
