The Delhi high court today restrained veteran Congress leader ND Tiwari from leaving India until he furnishes blood samples for DNA test in the paternal lawsuit case. The Court also ordered Tiwari to either willingly appear for a DNA test or he will be forced to take the test by the police. The petitioner, Rohit Shekhar, who had alleged that Tiwari is his biological father has said that the veteran politician has insulted the court by not following the orders.
