Unique collection of currency notes

Collecting currency notes is a hobby common in many but what makes this 48 year old different is that the currency notes collected by him bear numbers that denote the dates. Basant Lal a shop owner by profession is quite a famous person in the entire Tehsil of Chandausi in Moradabad District of Uttar Pradesh ever since he developed a peculiar hobby. As and when he finds spare time, it is devoted to his research of scanning the numbers of currency notes and cross checking the figures to ascertain whether they tally with the saga of some personality or any event.
