Uttarakhand flood: Bahuguna announces adequate compensation

Uttarakhand Chief Minister, Vijay Bahuguna has announced adequate compensation for those victims whose houses have been damaged in the flood hit state. The state has been devastated by the heavy unexpected and early monsoon showers, flash floods and landslides which claimed over 1000 lives, rendered thousands of families homeless while another 10,000 are still reported to be missing.
