Chief Minister of Gujarat Narendra Modi on Thursday said his government has been vindicated by the Godhra panel findings. He charged that the opposition lacks courage to discuss the judicial panel report, which concluded that the Godhra train carnage of 2002 was a conspiracy. The first part of the report of the Commission headed by Justice GT Nanavati gave that the burning of the Sabarmati Express was a conspiracy and not an accident.
