Police have arrested two men who appeared in a video that showed a group of youngsters forcing a four-year-old boy to drink alcohol, officials said on Tuesday. The action was taken on Monday after the video went viral on social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp. Police are also looking for the other men who featured in the video, including the boy's uncle. The incident occurred near a lake at Mel Cholankuppam village of Tiruvannamalai district, 200 km from Chennai, on June 30.
