Ahead of the fourth phase of Jammu and Kashmir elections, Srinagar speaks on their opinion about Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The central district has traditionally registered a low voter turnout. But, this time around, BJP is drawing up an aggressive campaign and is also posing as a viable alternative to the ruling parties. Will BJP make inroads into the state?
