When will we celebrate women's reservation day?

Today is Women's Day and many functions will be organised the world over but the real question is do their rights still persist? They can get this 'right' only with adequate representation in politics. In this context, there has been a long pending demand of 33% reservation in Centre and state legislatures. A dominating political group has been influential in creating hurdles in realisation of women's reservation mission.
