Will make Delhi a better place to live in: BS Bassi

Before officially taking charge as Delhi commissioner, 1977 batch IPS officer BS Bassi on Wednesday said that he will make the city a better place to live in and also will make Delhi a safer place for the female population, so that they feel secure walking down the streets.
