The Int'l Court of Justice has ordered Russia to immediately suspend military operations in Ukraine. Ukraine dragged Russia to the UN Top Court days after Russia's attack on February 24. Before the invasion, Russian President Putin claimed a genocide was happening in East Ukraine. Ukraine pleaded Russia must be held accountable for manipulating the notion of genocide to justify aggression. India's judge at the ICJ, Justice Dalveer Bhandari, voted against Russia, along with 12 others.
