BJP adds more star-power: Singer Daler Mehndi joins party after Sunny Deol

Singer Daler Mehndi is the latest celebrity to join the Bharatiya Janata Party. His induction comes just days after singer Hans Raj Hans, actor Sunny Deol and former cricketer Gautam Gambhir were inducted into the BJP. Mehndi said that he shares an old bond with the BJP and recounted his experience with former Delhi Chief Minister Sahib Singh Verma. The singer also praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
