Amarnath Yatra suspended as cloud burst kills over dozen pilgrims | Top Updates

• Amarnath yatra has been suspended temporarily as the cloud burst wreaks havoc at the holy cave. Over a dozen pilgrims have died and several others injured. A massive rescue operation is underway as several pilgrims are missing from the site of the tragedy. At least 25 tents and three community kitchens were washed away in the cloud burst at the holy cave. Teams of NDRF, Army, ITBP, CRPF and J&K police are currently carrying out massive rescue efforts.
