Amit Shah hails NDRF; says India at par with world in disater management

Union Home Minister Amit Shah praised National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) for excelling in the field of disaster relief around the world. Shah said India’s capacity in disaster management is at par with many countries in the world. While recalling the Gujarat earthquake in 2001 and 1999 Odisha cyclone, Shah said that India can now deal with cyclones effectively. He lauded the NDRF for saving lives of people & helping the needy during disasters. Shah also praised the force for supporting State Disaster Response Forces (SDRFs). Watch the full video for more.
