Hijab crackdown in Karnataka: 58 Muslim students suspended for staging protests

- Amidst the ongoing standoff over wearing hijab in Karnataka's educational institutions, a Shivamogga college has suspended 58 Muslim girls for wearing hijab and staging protests after they were denied entry into the campus for wearing hijab. In Tumkuru, an FIR has been registered against 10 Muslim girls for holding a demonstration against college authorities. This comes after the Karnataka High Court in its interim order restrained students from donning any religious attire inside the college campus. Watch this video to know more.
