Big diplomatic test for India as Russia holds a referendum to annex four Ukrainian regions. India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that New Delhi will explain its position at the UNSC. Replying to a question of HT, Jaishankar said that the Indian Ambassador will put across our views on the Russian referendum in Ukraine. He also said that India plays a key role and can help in ending the Russian-Ukraine conflict. Ukraine, the US and other Western countries have called the Russian referendum 'illegal' held at gunpoint. US has also prepared a draft resolution that is expected to come up for discussion and vote next week at the UNSC. Watch this video to know more.
