Hundreds of Indian students remain trapped in Sumy, Ukraine as battle rages all around them. Most of them are hunkered in underground bunkers or hostel basements with little access to food and water. Desperate for evacuation from the war-ravaged country, they have made repeated appeals for help. The Indian government has admitted concerns about evacuating these students, but has said they are leaving no stone unturned to bring them out safely.
