India's Russian coal imports jump 6-fold in 20 days; Gets 30% discount | Report

- India’s oil purchases from Russia spiked in recent weeks as traders offered heavy discounts. According to a Reuters report, traders have been giving a 30% discount on oil after the West shunned Moscow.
