'Let Biharis handle Kashmir…': Ex-CM Manjhi appeals to PM Modi

- Former Bihar CM Jitan Manjhi has a request for PM Modi, HM Shah over Kashmir killings. Manjhi urged PM Modi to leave responsibility on Biharis to improve the situation in the Valley. Manjhi said he has full faith in Modi govt but terror-related incidents are still taking place. Manjhi's remarks came amid a slew of targeted killings that has sparked fear in Kashmir. Jitan Manjhi's party - Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) - is an NDA partner in Bihar. Manjhi earlier expressed his anger over frequent attacks against civilians, especially Biharis. He said terror attack-related issues will be solved if J&K is handed over to Biharis for 15 days. Terrorists have stepped up attacks against minority communities, non-locals living in Kashmir. In the last few days, terrorists have killed five hawkers & labourers from Bihar, causing panic among migrants.
